Welcome to our home! Our apartment, which is located in the beating heart of Trastevere, is a comfortable and cozy space in which to relax after a long walk through the alleys of Rome. The area allows you to be able to walk to major places of interest! Airports and stations easily accessible by transportation!
Space
We are happy to open our doors to you! The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator of a characteristic Trastevere building, with an ever-flowering entrance courtyard.
Consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a comfortable, large shower, and a well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, microwave oven and everything you need to prepare a meal at the end of your Roman days.
Hair dryer, Air conditioning, TV, Nespresso machine
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
Guest Access

To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check in between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check out: before 10:00 am.
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of €50. Late check out: when possible extra charge of € 50. Check-in service not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Observe quiet times between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m.
The loggia is a common place, please do not talk loudly and keep it tidy.
– Additional cleaning and laundry services available for an additional fee and upon request.
– For stays longer than 1 week ( 7 nights) there is an additional weekly cleaning for the cost of 65€ or a linen change at the cost of 10€ per change per person )
– Guests will be required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with Italian security authorities.
– For stays longer than 30 consecutive nights, as per current regulations, there is a requirement to sign a lease agreement which will be sent for review, via email prior to arrival.

The district
Trastevere, cobblestone streets, trattorias that are always open, ivy-covered buildings, bars and clubs with patios, narrow streets to get lost in, tattoo studios, small breweries, the view of the river–this charming neighborhood never sleeps. During the day you can enjoy a good glass of wine outdoors; in the evening, when its clubs, bars and little squares are filled with young people and artists, the neighborhood becomes the center of Roman nightlife.
