Welcome to my home! I am so excited to open my property to travelers and families. My beautiful apartment is on the penthouse floor of a typical 1960s building in the Lanciani – Bologna district, an elegant and comfortable neighborhood, well connected to the city center and the main stations and airports. Relax and start exploring the city from here!
Space
Welcome to my home and welcome to this fantastic city!
My apartment, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, will be a great base from which to explore Rome.
The living area is large and bright, and a comfortable sofa and plasma television will allow you to distract yourself and even watch a good movie. A large dining table, will be able to accommodate you all for dinner or breakfast!
The main bedroom is large and comfortable and has a double bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds, and in both you will find adequate storage space. All beds are made with fresh luxury sheets, what more is needed for a good night’s sleep?
If you enjoy cooking, you will find a space fully stocked with every appliance. And if you have a passion for wine, you will also find a practical wine cellar to store your bottles, to be tasted on the fantastic terrace while enjoying the greenery of our tropical plants.
A bathroom with a large, comfortable shower will offer you refreshment from your Roman walks. Fluffy white towels and shampoo are provided!
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Guest Access
The apartment is completely at your disposal. It will be professionally cleaned before each arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check in between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check out: before 10:00 am.
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of €50. Late check out: when possible extra charge of € 50.
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Respect silence between 2 and 4 pm and after 10 pm.
– Additional cleaning and laundry services available for an additional fee and upon request.
– For stays longer than 1 week ( 7 nights) a cleaning service and linen change is mandatory, extra cost 85 euro
– According to Italian laws, guests will be required to present a valid ID when checking in to register with Italian security authorities.
– For long-term rentals (more than 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email prior to arrival
The district
The luxurious, residential Nomentano neighborhood is built around the neoclassical Villa Torlonia, with an English-style park and museums including Mussolini’s Bunker and the sought-after Casina delle Civette, dating from 1840. In addition to embassies and international schools, pastry stores, family pizzerias and grocery stores selling organic products are concentrated near Bologna Square. Surrounding the University of Rome La Sapienza are numerous bars and informal cafes.
