Relax in this quiet apartment in a central location, just a few hundred meters from Rome’s Trastevere station and minutes from the city center. Newly renovated, it has every comfort to welcome and pamper you on your Roman vacation!
A comfortable double bed, a large bathroom with a shower stall, and a convenient kitchen where you can cook your own meals . A lovely little terrace, where you can sip an aperitif, will provide shelter from the hot Roman days.
Space
The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical early 1930s popular architecture building. It has a separate entrance from the courtyard of the building.
It consists of a comfortable and cozy living room with an accessible kitchen ( electric hot plates) , well equipped , so you can prepare your meals when you return from your Roman days.
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
A comfortable and spacious bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, will pamper you with a fantastic hot shower.
A small outdoor patio is also at your complete disposal, where you can have breakfast, or have a good glass of wine.
Air conditioning present.
Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check in between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check out: before 10:00 am.
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of €50. Late check out: when possible extra charge of € 50. Check-in service not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building.
– Additional cleaning and laundry services available for an additional fee and upon request.
– For stays longer than 1 week there is an additional cleaning fee of 60 euros in cash on arrival
– According to Italian laws, guests will be required to present a valid ID when checking in to register with Italian security authorities.

The district
Trastevere is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic neighborhoods in all of Rome, where among narrow colorful alleys, Roman trattorias, markets, small stores and artisans’ workshops, it is still possible to get lost to find the essence of the most authentic and genuine Rome.
How to get around
Casa Moroni is situated in a very strategic location. A few minutes from Trastevere station, which connects in 30 minutes with Fiumicino airport and with streetcar and bus lines connects the historic center in about ten minutes. There are free public parking spaces in the area
