Welcome to my home! I am really happy to open the doors of my home to travelers.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just a few minutes from St. Peter’s, it will provide the right refreshment when you return from your Roman days.
The bedroom is large and bright, a comfortable double bed, prepared with clean sheets, and provided with toppers, will give you a great rest.
If cooking is fun for you, you will find a kitchen equipped with all useful appliances to prepare your meals.
The bathroom will be the perfect place to relax with a hot shower.
And the living room, with Smart TV and double sofa bed, will guarantee you relaxation and entertainment.
Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
– Check-out : before 10 a.m.
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of 50 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check out after 10.30 am, when possible, extra cost 50 euro Check in service is not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Observe silence between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m.
– We offer extra cleaning service and linens’ change upon request for an extra fee.
– For stays longer than 7 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is mandatory ( 10 euros per person per change)
– At the check-in the guests will be asked to show a valid ID for the registration at the Italian security authorities.
– For stays longer than 30 consecutive nights, guests will be required to sign a lease agreement, as per current regulations.
The district
The neighborhood is residential, quiet, full of stores and features the Vatican Museums, with the wonderful Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica, which you can reach in less than a 10-minute walk.
Around the apartment there are several places where you can have different culinary experiences totally made in Italy: from the trattoria where you can taste the typical Roman Cuisine, to the restaurants where you can taste an excellent pizza and homemade pasta, from the most romantic Bistrot to the Enoteca where you can drink a good glass of wine in complete relaxation. Not to forget the bakeries where you can enjoy some excellent Italian desserts. ( one of them is right under our house, yum).
Also just a short walk from the apartment are all the main services: a Bank, a Post Office, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and several bars where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a quick meal.
For lovers of Interior Design, Via Gregorio VII offers endless possibilities with nearly 3 km of stores of the best Italian and international companies to browse and shop in.
We are located a few hundred meters from the Roma San Pietro Train Station, which connects the apartment to Termini Station, Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports, and the main seaside resorts of northern Lazio and Tuscany.
In addition to being accessible by public transportation, the historic center can also be reached by a 20-minute walk through such picturesque places as St. Peter’s Square and Castel S. Angelo.
