– Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00
– Check-out: before 10:00
– Check-ins after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50 payable in cash on arrival. Check out after 10:30 a.m., when possible, extra cost 50 euros Check-in service is not guaranteed between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Please observe quiet hours between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m. – Additional cleaning and linen services are available on request at an extra cost. – For stays of more than 7 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is mandatory (€15 per person per change). – Guests are required to present a valid identity document at check-in for registration with the Italian security authorities.
– For stays longer than 30 consecutive nights, guests will be required to sign a rental contract, in accordance with current legislation.

How to get around
🚍 Bus
There are numerous bus routes that pass along Via Tunisi or in the immediate vicinity: for example, routes 23, 49, 490 and 492.
Some of the closest stops are: “V.le Vaticano/Musei Vaticani” (1-2 minutes on foot)
“Doria A./L.go Trionfale” (about 1 minute)
Therefore it is very convenient also for travelling by bus in different directions from the area.
🚇 Underground railway
The line of the underground useful for this area is the Metropolitana di Roma – Line A (Line A).
The nearest stations: for example, “Lepanto” is indicated as approximately a 9-minute walk.
Another station in the vicinity is Valle Aurelia (although a little further away) as a rail + underground option.
🚉 Train/Railway station
