My bright apartment is an ideal base for visiting Rome. Strategically located in the heart of Trastevere, in the very centre and iconic Via Garibaldi.
The living area is a a12> cosy and inviting space where you can relax. The comfortable and spacious sofa will welcome you and you can have fun with your friends or your family, you will feel right at home!

The main bedroom features a very comfortable double bed with fresh, clean linens, a large wardrobe, and a dresser. What more could you ask for a perfect night’s rest?
You’ll have plenty of space to store all your clothes and personal belongings!
The second bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), has two comfortable single beds that can be joined to make a double bed if needed.
The main bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large bathtub. You’ll find a basic supply of toiletries, as well as a set of bath towels for each guest.
If you love to cook, you’ll find everything you need to try local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.
Upon arrival, you will find my home professionally cleaned.

Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To provide all our guests with a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in after 8 p.m. on request, and upon payment, the cost is €50. to be paid in cash at the time of check-in);
– Please respect the house and the people who a8> live in the building (avoid noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. in the morning);
– Guests will be required to present a valid identity document at the time of check-in for registration with the authorities. a10> of check-in for registration with the Italian security authorities of security (even if minors) (even if they are minors);
– for stays of long term (more than 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a tenancy agreement. a13> tenancy which will be made available by e-mail before arrival;
– Each stay is provided with a set of linen based on the number of guests. – Upon arrival, all guests will find the house professionally cleaned, equipped with bed linen and towels for the bathroom (one set per guest with a bath towel and face towel), a basic supply of toilet paper (two rolls per bathroom) and personal hygiene products. (one small single-dose gel cleanser and one bar of soap per guest); it is not possible to wash the linen provided;
– For stays longer than 6 nights, there is an extra charge of a8> change of linen based on the number of guests and the a15> beds occupied;
– For medium-long stays exceeding 29 nights, no intermediate supplies or linen changes will be provided during the stay.

Trastevere, cobblestone streets, trattorias that are always open, ivy-covered buildings, bars and clubs with patios, narrow streets to get lost in, tattoo studios, small breweries, the view of the river–this charming neighborhood never sleeps. During the day you can enjoy a good glass of wine outdoors; in the evening, when its clubs, bars and little squares are filled with young people and artists, the neighborhood becomes the center of Roman nightlife.
