The flat is located on the 5th floor with lift, ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located in the heart of the Prati district, just a few minutes from the Vatican Museums, it will offer you the right refreshment when you return from your Roman days.
The bedroom is large and bright, a comfortable double bed, prepared with clean sheets, will offer you a good night’s rest.
The second bedroom can accommodate up to 2 persons, because the single bed converts into a double bed.
If cooking is fun for you, you will find a kitchen equipped with all useful appliances to prepare your meals.
The master bathroom will be the perfect place to relax with a comfortable hot shower.
The second bathroom is comfortable and practical.
And the lounge, with Smart TV (Fire stick) and sofa, will guarantee relaxation and entertainment.

The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
In order to offer you and all of our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00
– Check-out: before 10:00
– Check-ins after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50 payable in cash on arrival. Check out after 10 . 30 am, when possible, extra cost 50 euro
Check in service is not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Observe silence between 14:00 and 16 : 00 and after 22 : 00
– Additional cleaning and laundry services available for a fee on request
– It is not possible to wash the linen provided. For stays longer than 7 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is compulsory (15 euros per person per change)
– Guests are required to present a valid identity document when checking in for registration with the Italian security authorities.
