Welcome to my home and to this fantastic city!
My bright apartment is an ideal base for visiting Rome. Strategically located within walking distance of the Colosseum and with excellent connections, you will be in the center of the city but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle.
The living area is a cozy and inviting space where you can relax. Relax on the sofa bed, have fun with your friends, you’ll feel like home!
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, with fresh, clean linens. What more could you want for optimal rest?
You will find enough space at your disposal to store all your clothes and belongings!
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. You will find a basic supply of detergents along with bath towels, a set for each guest.
If cooking is your passion, you will find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen equipment is complete and easy to use.
Upon your arrival you will find my house professionally cleaned.
Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
– Check-out : before 10 a.m.
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of 50 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check out after 10.30 am, when possible, extra cost 50 euro Check in service is not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Observe silence between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m.
– We offer extra cleaning service and linens’ change upon request for an extra fee.
– For stays longer than 6 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is mandatory ( 10 euros per person per change)
– At the check-in the guests will be asked to show a valid ID for the registration at the Italian security authorities.
– For stays longer than 30 consecutive nights, guests will be required to sign a lease agreement, as per current regulations.
The district
Just a stone’s throw from the Colosseum, the Celio is a central neighborhood that retains a very relaxed atmosphere, in spite of the throngs of tourists that gather daily in its environs. It’s certainly not chic: it’s not exactly an area of trendy clubs and trendy stores, however, it’s very livable, there are always people around, and it offers gay-friendly bars and inexpensive little stores, as well as the ever-present glimpses overlooking the ancient ruins.
How to get around
From Fiumicino, take a train (Leonardo Express) to Roma Termini.
From Termini station, take the subway line B (blue line) and get off at COLOSSEO.
From Ciampino take a bus to Roma Termini and then metro B (blue line) and get off at COLOSSEO.
