Space
Our house is on the fourth floor of a stately building and is comfortable, warm and cozy. There is a good atmosphere. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with beds, 2 bathrooms ( 1 with shower, 1 service bathroom) 1 living room with double sofa bed, 1 very well equipped kitchen. The rooms are large and bright. It is full of flair and imagination. We are travelers, our home, upon returning, has always welcomed us warmly, and so it will with you
Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and provided with clean linens before your arrival.
To provide you and all our clients with a pleasant stay, consider the following:
– Check-in after 8 p.m. is subject to a surcharge of €40 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Late check out (when possible) 40 euro surcharge (cash). Early check in ( when possible) extra cost of 40 euro ( cash) Check in service between 02.00 am and 08.00 am is not guaranteed
– Please respect the house and the people who live in the building. Respect silence between 2 and 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m.
– Additional housekeeping and linen services available for a fee upon request
Arrival: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departure: by 10:30 a.m.
– Guests will be required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with Italian security authorities.
– For long-term rentals (more than 30 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via e-mail prior to arrival.
– For stays longer than a week (7 nights), a bed linen change service (10 euros per person) is mandatory. For long-term rentals, over 1 month (30 nights), bed linen and towels are not provided, but on request 10 euros per person per change.
The district
Monteverde Vecchio is a wonderful hill above Trastevere. Very close to Gianicolo. The neighborhood is hospitable is safe. Quality restaurants and pubs in an exclusive and authentic atmosphere. A 5-minute walk from the heart of Trastevere, 10 from St. Peter’s. No public transportation is needed to get around. A metro and bus stops are 200 meters away. The house is just a stone’s throw from Villa Pamphili, one of Rome’s most beautiful parks, and is connected to St. Peter’s by one of the city’s most picturesque and scenic walks.
