The apartment is located on the 5th floor, no elevator, of a tinta building in the Monteverde neighborhood, a stone’s throw from Largo Ravizza, with a lovely terrace to admire fantastic sunsets over the city center. Single room consisting of sleeping area with a single bed ( 140 cm x 200 cm ) , bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. In-floor heating system and air conditioning. Dining/living area with veranda.
Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.

– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of 40 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. Late check out ( if possible) : 40 euro cash surcharge upon arrival Check-in service is not guaranteed between 02:00 am and 08:00 am
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building.
– We offer extra cleaning service and linens’ change upon request for an extra fee.
– For stays longer than 7 nights- linen not provided but available at an extra cost of 20 euro per change ( weekly)
– Guests are required to present a valid ID when checking in for registration with the Italian security authority
– For stays longer than 30 consecutive nights, guests are required to sign a lease agreement as required by current regulations.
