Enjoy your “Roman Holiday” in this stylish apartment in the very heart of Rome! The apartment is ideal for couples, small groups of friends, and families with 1 or 2 kids. The apartment has been renovated in 2019.The space has been wisely organized in a roomy, cozy and comfortable apartment equipped with AC and Wi-Fi. It is very quiet as it overlooks two small courtyards.
Space
A comfortable, large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and TV will welcome you after your long Roman days. The bed will be prepared with soft, clean linens to ensure you have a good rest. You will find enough space to store your things. The bathroom will be the perfect place to relax with a nice hot shower. If you enjoy cooking, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator, of an elegant period building. The apartment is reached via 2 flights of wide, low, comfortable stairs.
Guest Access
The apartment is completely at your disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in: between 3 pm and 8 pm
– Check-out: before 10.30 am
– Late check-ins or check-outs, where possible, have and extra cost of 40 euros to pay cash at arrival. Check out after 10.30, when is possible, extra cost of 40 euros
– We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors – it is mostly a residential building- and to keep your voice low between 1pm and 4pm and after 10pm.
– We offer extra cleaning service and linens’ change upon request for an extra fee.
– At the check-in the guests will be asked to show a valid ID for the registration at the Italian security authorities.
– For stays over 30 nights, the guests will be asked to sign a lease contract, as per current regulations.
The district
A short walk from the Pantheon and 100 meters from Piazza Navona, the apartment is located in the historic center of Rome. You can walk to all the major attractions and sites of historical and cultural interest that the city has to offer. It is a very dynamic neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, stores and ice cream parlors in a setting, that of Magdalene Square, that is intimate and elegant. You will find everything you need in terms of services such as supermarkets and public transportation.
How to get around
Walking is the best way to getting to know a city and considering the great location of the apartment is also the most convenient.
But if you want to opt for public transport, in the vicinity of the flat there are many different bus stops and 10 minutes away there’s the Piazza di Spagna subway station.
It is not recommended to arrive with your own car because of traffic restriction in the historic center area and because of the lack of parking spots. But if you want to use the car there is a car sharing service called Enjoy whose App you can easily download on your mobile.
