Space
A comfortable and large double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and TV will welcome you after your long Roman days. The bed will be made with soft and clean linen, to ensure you have a good rest! You will find enough space to store your things. The bathroom will be the perfect place to relax with a warm, soothing shower. If cooking enjoys you, you will find a fully equipped kitchen.

Guest Access
The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
– Check-in: between 3 pm and 8 pm
– Check-out : before 10:30 am
– Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of 40 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check out after 10.30 am, when possible, extra cost 40 euro Check in service is not guaranteed between 02.00 am and 08.00 am
– Final cleaning fee : 60 euro cash on arrival
– Tourist tax : 3.5 euros per day per person ( monors under 10 years old are exempt ) in cash on arrival
– Please respect the house and the people living in the building. Observe silence between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m.
– We offer extra cleaning service and linens’ change upon request for an extra fee.
– For stays longer than 7 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is mandatory ( 10 euros per person per change)
– At the check-in the guests will be asked to show a valid ID for the registration at the Italian security authorities.
– For stays over 30 nights, the guests will be asked to sign a lease contract, as per current regulations.
The district
Trastevere, cobblestone streets, trattorias that are always open, ivy-covered buildings, bars and clubs with patios, narrow streets to get lost in, tattoo studios, small breweries, the view of the river–this charming neighborhood never sleeps. During the day you can enjoy a good glass of wine outdoors; in the evening, when its clubs, bars and little squares are filled with young people and artists, the neighborhood becomes the center of Roman nightlife.
